Refund Policy you should know

At DreamOpsCRM, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering reliable and high-quality CRM solutions. However, due to the nature of digital services, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.


1. Subscription Services

Our CRM platform operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to our terms and billing cycle. We offer the following refund terms:

a. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If you are on a free trial, no charges will be made until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges.

b. Monthly Plans

Payments for monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once the service is active. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within the billing period.

c. Annual Plans

If you are on an annual plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment only if you have not extensively used the service (determined at our sole discretion). After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments due to a billing error.

  • Technical issues from our side that result in complete service inaccessibility (subject to investigation).

  • If you cancel before your subscription starts (in case of scheduled activation).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Services already rendered or used.

  • User dissatisfaction not based on platform malfunction.

  • Downtime caused by user-side technical issues or third-party service outages.

  • Customization or one-time setup fees.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at crm@dreamopscrm.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email ID

  • Transaction ID / Payment proof

  • Reason for the refund

All refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days after validation.
