Cancelations you should know

At DreamOpsCRM, we understand that business needs may change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent for all users of our CRM services.


1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your DreamOpsCRM subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing our support team at crm@dreamopscrm.com.

a. Monthly Plans

  • You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

  • After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

b. Annual Plans

  • You may cancel your annual subscription anytime.

  • The service will remain active until the end of the current annual period.

  • Refund eligibility, if applicable, is outlined in our [Refund Policy].


2. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings before your billing cycle renews.


3. Non-Refundable Charges

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any already processed payments. For specific refund conditions, please refer to our [Refund Policy].


4. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send a request to crm@dreamopscrm.com. Note:

  • Deleted data cannot be recovered.

  • This action is irreversible.


5. Termination by DreamOpsCRM

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate our Terms of Service

  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the system

  • Have payment issues or suspicious activity

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
